The energy-saving eco-friendly ceiling cooling system ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

Triple-glazed wood windows with a window-to-wall ratio of 90% feature adjustable shutters for heat reduction and privacy.

The flooring consists of high-quality oak parquet floorboards with a matt sealed surface. On cold days, the underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasant ambient temperature.

The first-class common areas and entrance halls, as well as the landscaped courtyard, glow with select ambient lighting.

All the apartments in our buildings have barrier-free access.
